Hi! I've lived in the Bitterroot since I was young. In 2022 I found my calling in massage therapy. I currently specialize in relaxation and deep tissue massage. I am also trained in NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy), Crainiosacral, and Ashiatsu. I believe every body is different so having a "tool bag" of modalities is important so I can best help my clients find true healing.

This is just as it sounds. I am trained in traditional Swedish Massage which is intended to provide peace and relaxation to you muscles and nervous system. Deep tissue is used to address trigger points and deeper tissue that lighter massage may not reach.

Epsom Salt Massage ~ $25 Add
Hot Stones ~ $25 Add
Mobile Massage ~ $60 Per Trip added to hourly rate
